If a Razz is not filled up before its expiration, all funds for spots purchased will be refunded to their purchasers.

Yes. If you buy razz spots and you are the selected purchaser, you will not be charged additional shipping cost.

Unfortunately, Razz Spots can’t be cancelled. Since the purchase of a spot is part of the group purchase process to unlock the product, it’s not possible to cancel.

Returns are not acceptable if you are the selected purchaser on a Razz unless the item was damaged during shipping or the item received is not described as the original listing.

Yes. You can cancel/return your merchandise up to 7 days from your item’s purchased date. However, returns must be in original condition, i.e., unworn/unused, and with original tags and labels. Please see our return Policy for more details or contact us.
